I’m used to living a busy lifestyle.  Maybe your constantly on-the-go from auditions to your side gig, to an evening hang out with friends.  Maybe you work 3 jobs and can’t catch a moment to take a breath.  Maybe you have thought about eating healthier, lightening up your schedule, and making room to meal prep, but you just don’t even know where to start.

 

Take the first step.

You’re busy.  You’re doing the grind, pursing your passions, even if it exhausts you. Not to mention all of the moving from one gig to the next, one state to another. I was in the same boat.  But what if I told you it didn’t have to be that way?  What if I told you that you can find a diet and lifestyle that works for you. 

Find Accountability.

Spending my entire life pursing a theatre career, I came to realize that my life would be very busy and hectic. Eating healthy and making lifestyle changes at times seemed almost impossible.  But here’s the thing, it wasn’t.  It took some work and education, but it was totally doable.  We are all on our own wellness journeys.  With time, we’ll discover what works best for you.

I want to help you love your wellness journey, enjoy cooking in the kitchen, feel confident in your body, and power through your day (auditions, performances, what have you) with energizer bunny-like spirit and resilience.  I don’t want you to starve yourself, obsess over calories, skip meals, or workout like crazy.  I want to support you in understanding how your body works, what nutrients it needs, and how to fuel yourself through whole foods.

I’m the right coach for you if you are finally ready to take control of your health. You’ve had doctors say, “I’m not sure what’s wrong” or you are finally fed up with having no energy. Or you are tired of the constant bloating, nausea, stomach pain, and lethargy. You deserve to feel better and thrive. I can help guide you to that thriving, well-oiled, and energetic YOU!

I am not the right coach for you if: you are expecting a one diet fix all approach or you are expecting that all your problems will go away within 1-2 weeks. Wellness is a journey, my friend. Sometimes it takes longer for your body to acclimate to change. No one is going to have the perfect body immediately, or the most energy all the time. I always say, “health is a marathon, not a sprint.”
