Step 1: A ‘Get To Know You’ Chat

All About You!

This ‘Get To Know You Chat’ is just that: it’s an opportunity for me to get to know you better. It’s a chance for me to get a full grasp of what your goals are and how I can support you. This chat will also give us insight into the areas of nutrition where you may need support. You’ll leave this session with small actions to start implementing and a rough draft of the goals we set out together.

Step 2: ‘Why Do I Feel This Way?’ Chat

All About What You Eat and How It Makes You Feel.

This chat is all about food. Through tracking your food and seeing the trends, we’ll be able to identify areas in your diet and lifestyle that we can start supporting right away. We’ll use my state of the art tracking system so you have a visual representation of the progress you are making and where you need support. We’ll continue to have a clearer roadmap as our work goes on and as you start reaping the benefits of real food!

Step 3: Recommendations Chat

A Personalized Plan Just for You!

All of this work will culminate in a Recommendations Chat. Based on all of our findings, I will put together a personalized plan with options so that we can collaborate on what will suite you best. I’ll provide you with resources, tools, recipes, and meal plans to support you on this journey; all while providing education so that you feel confident in your own knowledge and the food choices you make. Being able to utilize this knowledge will allow you to reach your goals faster.
